We provide a safe and supportive environment with licensed mental health professionals to assist adults, couples, and families to improve their overall well-being.

What is Therapy?

Sometimes life is challenging and we might struggle with how to handle different life situations. Therapy provides a safe and supportive environment in which to learn how to cope with transitions in life and/or specific challenges that have become a barrier to happiness or the ability to enjoy healthy relationships.

Therapy can help with a wide variety of mental health issues including:

  • Life transitions (i.e. adjustments such as career changes, retirement)
  • Family issues (i.e. conflicts, parenting, isolation, blended families)
  • Medical challenges (i.e. adjusting to and managing a new diagnosis)
  • Interpersonal skills (i.e. relationships with others)
  • Mood changes/mood regulation (i.e. anxiety, depression)
  • Grief/bereavement (i.e. loss of loved one)
  • Workplace stress (i.e. harassment, discrimination, burnout)
  • Substance use recovery (i.e. psychoeducation, relapse prevention)
  • Personal growth (i.e. self-esteem, meaning of life)
  • Recover from trauma (i.e. abuse, accident, physical and/or sexual assault)
